Orange wines are made with white grapes with red wine making techniques - all about the skin contact. Extended maceration on the skins before fermenting on the skins. This gives the wine its orange colour, greater depth of flavour and texture with a hint of tannin.
Natural wines are fermented with minimal intervention; organic &/or biodynamic grown grapes, fermented with natural yeasts, no additions, no sulphites.
