From hillside vineyards on the eastern slopes of the Apennines, this naturally sparkling wine from Paolo Beretta and Paola Massi is bright, raw, and full of character.

Made from Pecorino using the ancestral method, it pours slightly cloudy with a gentle, natural fizz. The nose leans into juicy conference pear and fresh citrus, with a lightly bitter grapefruit twist.

On the palate, it’s lively and dry, with a subtle grip that adds structure and keeps things interesting. The bubbles are soft and settle quickly, leaving a crisp, lemony freshness and a clean, mineral edge.
