Cullen, `Mangan Vineyard` Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon, Australia, 2021

Complex aromas of passion fruit and citrus combine with freshly cut grass. The palate displays notes of white flower, passion fruit and fresh citrus, which carry through onto the long, savoury finish.

Cullen Wines is a certified biodynamic, carbon neutral and naturally powered estate. All wines produced here are sourced from grapes grown on the Cullen and adjoining Mangan Vineyards in Wilyabrup, a sub-region of Margaret River.

All grapes were dry farmed, hand harvested and sorted before crushing. A small parcel of this wine underwent overnight skin contact to extract aromas and improve texture on the palate. It was fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness without any barrel ageing.
