An IPA brewed as an East Coast style in malt balance, haze and hop aroma. New Zealand hops, both hot and cold side. We used, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Rakau. This juicy hop blend creates grapefruit, melon and citrus aromas with a soft bitterness.
