Intense and lively with a high intensity dark cherry red with garnet tones. Intense aromas of red fruit with vanilla, cinnamon and balsamic aromas. On the palate, it´s mouth filling, pleasant and savoury. Fruits of the forest with a touch of well-integrated oak and balsamic herbal spices.
Fermented in stainless steel for 7 days before ageing in French and American oak barrels for 3 months.
