A crisp and zesty Viura, with an attractive bouquet of juicy pineapple complemented by subtle floral notes. The fruity palate offers peach and apricot flavours enveloping a lovely fresh core through to a mouthwatering finish.
The grapes were destemmed and underwent light maceration for five hours at controlled temperatures of 12°C in order to extract flavours and aromas. Following gentle pressing, the juice was fermented with selected yeasts at 18°C in stainless steel tanks to retain the pure fruit flavours. The wine was then clarified and lightly filtered prior to bottling.
