Rose petal, dark fruits, spice and earthy aromas. Open, embracing mouthful. Heated red fruit with aromatics and length. Great value for the typicity and generosity.
The fruit is sourced from our own vineyard in Gippsland. The wine is destemmed without crushing and left on skins for 25 days. We use a mixture of natural and cultured yeast to achieve a balance between fruit and complexity. Elevage for six months in barrel, 10% new barrels. The wine is bottled without filtration or fining.
