Ruby red with garnet nuances. Intense nose of red fruits, eucalyptus and a touch of vanilla. Medium bodied, juicy and complex, notes of sour cherries, cardamom, white pepper, dark chocolate, very good structure and volume, soft and integrated tannins, gentle but with a long finish

The grapes are picked manually and carefully selected on the sorting tables. The maceration of grapes takes between 5 and 8 days at a controlled temperature of 16 C. The alcoholic fermentation starts by the addition of selected yeast and is controlled at 26-28 C for another 8 10 days, followed by warm maceration (thermo maceration) between 5 and 8 days. Aging was done for 3 months in used French oak barrels for part of the wine while the rest was kept in stainless steel tanks.
