From Zagreus Winery, this natural blend of Dimyat and Rkatsiteli is all about purity, texture, and a real sense of the vineyard.

Slightly wild but beautifully expressive, it opens with layered aromas of white fruit, honey, and toasted almond, alongside soft floral notes.

On the palate, it’s dry and textured, with ripe stone fruit, tangerine, and a gentle pink grapefruit edge, balanced by subtle herbal hints. There’s a natural richness here, but it stays fresh and clean throughout.

Unfiltered and with minimal intervention , this is a characterful, honest wine, something a little different, but seriously rewarding to drink.
