Floral notes combine with aromas of tropical fruits and a hint citrus zest. This lively, fresh white blend has a touch of minerality and is bursting with ripe flavours from the South of Italy.
The grapes were crushed, destemmed and gently pressed. Cold static sedimentation was followed by alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures of approximately 15 to 16°C, which retained both the freshness and fruity aromatics. The wine was aged in stainless steel, to preserve these fruit-forward characteristics.
