Olivier Coste, Bisou Rosé , Pays d'Oc, France, 2024

A deliciously light and refreshing rosé, full of aromas of wild red berried fruit, layered with minerality and citrus nuances, through to a bright and lively finish.

The grapes were carefully selected and then destemmed to remove any undesired green characters from the stalks, before undergoing direct pressing. Fermentation took place with selected yeasts at cool temperatures of 15 to 18°C to retain the fruit-forward character and promote freshness. The wine spent several months in stainless steel tanks, before being bottled in the winter to retain the vibrancy. 'Bisou', which translates as 'kiss', captures the warmth and elegance of life’s sweetest moments. Light, fruity, and refreshing, it was made to share and savour.
