Beautiful light salmon colour. Exotic notes dominated by mature citrus, tropical fruits, gentle lemongrass and light spiciness. A good start with harmonious structure, abundance of light red fruits and flowers, light spiciness and a fresh fruit lasting finish.
Fermented in stainless steel vessels, the wine stays on the lees for 6 months.
