Pronounced aromas of red & black fruits, with sweet vanilla and roasted nuts. Medium to full bodied with great balance, well integrated ripe tannins, and intense notes of blueberries, redcurrants, dried herbs and spices.
Hand-picked befroe macerating for 5 - 7 days on the skins follwed by spontaneous fermentation. Aged for 10 months in oak barrels, 40% Bulgarian and 60% French oak.
