Aiming at a pure and unadulterated taste of the Douro, a blend of Touriga Nacional, Bastardo, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Armarela, Tinta Roriz and Tinto Cão from 100-year-old vines on schist soils, all vinified in granite lagares and stainless steel.
Manual picking on the first and second week of September. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature.
