From the historic vineyards of Asenovgrad, this Pet Nat from Georgiev & Milkov is vibrant, characterful, and seriously fun to drink.

Made from the native Mavrud in a blanc de noirs style, it pours pale but bursts with red berry aromas, think raspberry, strawberry, and cranberry alongside a touch of citrus and soft orchard fruit.

On the palate, it’s fresh and lively, with a delicate, gentle fizz and bright acidity. Subtle notes of almond and a light mineral edge add a bit of complexity, but it stays super drinkable throughout.
