Mostly Cinsault with some Grenache. Pale pink and smelling lightly of apples, this really is a hits-the-spot rosé-for-summer at a really, really good price. It is so appley! Even the texture is satisfying crunchy and juicy, like biting through apple skin into an explosion of juice and crisp flesh. Smudge of strawberry, smudge of chalk.
