Pale gold in colour, the Brut has a generous nose and a bright lemony character with notes of passion fruit and honey. Minerality in the mouth indicates a good, balanced structure, with an intense backbone and a lengthy finish with a whisper of white pepper.
Contains our oldest reserve wine. Aged in bottle for the longest of any Reserve Blend. Savoury notes of brioche & baked apple, with a mineral freshness. Fresh and attractive on the nose, with a lovely minerality in the mouth, our signature Brut is a pure expression of our house style.
