Bright, light straw yellow with pale green hints. Delicate aromas of fresh citrus and tropical fruits, white flowers and almond. The palate carries on with touched of citrus and melon, mingled with ripe peach flavours and a fresh mineral tingling acidity.
Following harvest, the grapes were de-stemmed and allowed to macerate on their skins before a gentle pressing. Fermentation took place at 15° in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then left on lees at least 6 months before being bottled.
