Bodrog Borműhely, Dry Tokaj, 2022


Pale yellow colour. Deep complex nose with notes of apple, quince and pineapple. Fresh and crisp Tokaj acidity paired with a light fruitiness with long finish and minerality.

This estate wine is from 3.9 hectares area selected from 3 different vineyards - Nagyka, Lapis and Várhegy. The soil is a mixture of rhyolite with strong brown clay and volcatic tufa. Early September harvest, only a selection of healthy bunches free from botrytis can go into the batch. Fermented and ageing in stainless steel tank with modern winemaking approach, bottling was the next year at the beginning of summer.
