Zweigelt Neusiedlersee DAC is a light and vibrant blend of small parcels from around the village. On the nose it has red cherry, a hint of mint, and pink peppercorn and the pretty perfumed palate is pure and delicate with a light crunch.
This wine is produced exclusively in traditional open fermentation vats with gentle hand-punching of the mash cake several times a day, 100% malolactic fermentation, and further aging for 10 months in used barriques.
