Named after a village Priest who was said to have introduced the wine of Cabrières to the court of Louis XIV, this is 100% old vine Clairette of the highest order. Aged in concrete tanks this is a wine with a large depth of flavour. White flowers, garrigue and apple greet you, with a slight honeyed note on the palate too. Long finish and a very satisfying wine
